Wednesday, October 06, 2004 Hi all... Taking a break from studying today! (Not really taking a break, doing History and Science later...) This entry is dedicated to God, who sits in the heavens listening to inner cries of His children.
(I'm not a religious person but I just got this sudden urge to write this post) Anyways, before PE today, the sky was overcast and it was going to rain very soon (I could smell rain). PE teacher kept praying for the rain to stop. When the bell rang, the sky was sunny and there was no sign of rain anywhere! This shows that miracles DO happen! Hallelujah! God is great, all powerful, but he listens to the prayers of a little person crying out in the dark! This reminds me of when I was in the dark (whether to give my missions fund or not, as I was bankrupt). I was praying to God to give me an amount, instead he gave me a verse: When they went, they went toward any of the four directions; they did not turn aside as they went, but followed in the direction the head was facing. They did not turn aside as they went. Ezekiel 10:11 God really has a plan, a purpose for me to give me such a verse. He knew my family's financial background and did not give me an exact amount. Upon discussion with my dad, he said that I could donate $20 to the Missions Fund! That was three months ago... This exam, I am putting full trust on Him for passing. I'm gonna beat the 20 study hours required by CHC and reach to 30 hours this week! Let me end this entry off with a prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for what you've done for me. I feel the pain when you died on the cross to cover our sins with Your blood. I place my full trust on You for passing my final year exam and I know you will never ever let me down. You're so high above, yet you listen our inner cries of help. I love you with all my heart, all my soul and all my mind. I pray this in your name, Amen. aCKj
